"The "Bad Lands" lie in the heart of 1851 TREATY of FORT LARAMIE HOMELANDS in what is now called "occupied western South Dakota". The Nakota, DaNakota, Dakota and Lakota (misnomer "Sioux"), as well as many other Indigenous Red Nations and Peoples marveled for millions of years at the sheer beauty and splendor of this place."

The "Bad Lands" continue to serve as a reminder of the violation of the 1851 Treaty and the continued oppression and genocide against the Lakota People.

The Bad Lands are a Sacred Lakota Site! Forever protect it from government "progress" and exploitation.
